A small change to our labels
We've made a small but deliberate change to our bottles: the batch code is gone from the label.
The code took up more space than it was worth, especially on our 2ml bottles where space is already tight. The rest of the text ended up cramped and hard to read around a code most people never actually check.
It also simplifies things a lot on our end. Every label has to be produced in three versions, one per size, and the batch code changes every time we buy in a new bottle of a fragrance that's sold out. In practice that meant tracking three separate label templates per product just to keep the code current. That's an administrative burden that gave nothing back to you as customers.
No need to worry
We still log the batch code for every purchase we make, so we know exactly which batch went into every single order. That information isn't going anywhere, it's just no longer printed on the bottle.
