Initio Parfums Privés is a French niche house built on the idea that scent is an invisible, instinctive force rather than a polite finishing touch.

Founded in Paris in 2015, Initio calls itself a pioneer of "functional" fragrance, working with perfumers to create bold, high-intensity compositions designed to influence mood and confidence rather than simply smell pleasant. Oud for Greatness and Side Effect, built around oud, saffron, and rum, are the house's two defining pillars.

Initio's compositions are intense and unapologetic, so sampling first tells you fast whether the house's high-octane style is for you. Our decants are hand-filled from authentic bottles into premium glass atomizers.
