Eclaire is an unashamedly sweet gourmand built around caramel, milk, and sugar from the first spray. Honey and white flowers soften the heart without taking it in a floral direction, and a vanilla and praline base keeps the sweetness rich rather than sharp. Inspired by the French pastry it's named after, and it lives up to the reference, creamy, indulgent, and designed to turn heads.
