Angels' Share opens with a rich cognac note, a nod to founder Kilian Hennessy's family legacy in cognac making. Cinnamon, tonka bean, and oak build a warm, boozy heart that many compare to fresh apple pie, before praline, vanilla, and sandalwood carry it into a sweet, long dry-down. One of the defining boozy gourmands of the last decade.
